The Roof Is On Fire

Wow. This was incredible. How interesting to think about the idea that teenagers are the perfect reflection of our society. It's amusing to compare my high school life with this one.

Some of the community engagement strategies used in the project:

They got the media involved
They used a whole new way of performance
People were outside the cars
It came from high schoolers
People had to listen, and the students had to reveal
Topics of conversations (Upfront)
Conversations were "real"
(It wasn't them) but the lake riot had to spark something at the time's society

I believe these strategies were incredibly effective. I got goosebumps and I only saw a video. During high school I remember loving to share my experience with love so far, and so did everybody around me. I think the need, and ease for high schoolers to express themselves was magically captured by this project. I mean, we see how the audience members react. They all learned that teenagers are actually smart people that can understand other humans.

But the main issue is that the focus is uneven and falls heavily on the side of sending it to the south instead of distributing it evenly so farmers in all regions but mainly central and southern california have the proper amount of water to grow their crops. California is one of the leading states in the production and exporting of agriculture products due to our vast and wide scale of geological environments, but ...
